Water changes everything

In many of the communities we serve, families once spent two to four hours a day walking to the nearest water source, often unsafe for drinking. That time comes directly out of school, work and rest, and the water itself frequently carries disease.

How we work

We partner with local water engineers to drill boreholes, install hand pumps and build simple filtration systems that communities can maintain themselves. Every project includes hygiene training, so clean water leads to lasting health, not just a one-time fix.

Since 2001, this program has brought safe water within reach of over 12,000 families, cutting water-related illness and giving children hours back for school every single week.
